Have at least one year of experience as a hairstylist
Invest time in training and take master classes; you have a folder on your laptop with blowout styles you're excited to create
Know your stuff when it comes to different hair types and face shapes—you're the go-to for expert advice
Love your clients as we do: greeting them warmly and making sure they feel comfy with you
Are passionate about your craft
