Marketing & PR manager

We at G×Bar are looking for a Marketing & PR Manager to join our team!

We will likely be a match if you:

Have experience in developing and implementing marketing and PR strategies
Know how to attract, retain, and win customers back
Are an expert at marketing tools and channels
Have great taste and stay on top of trends, both online and offline, while maintaining G×Bar's aesthetic
Can organize processes and manage a team
Can analyze the market, the audience, and global trends
Have upper-intermediate English
Are comfortable communicating both in writing and speaking
Are passionate about what you do and share G values

What you'll do:

Develop marketing and PR strategies aligned with G×Bar’s overall marketing and brand strategy
Analyze the market and the audience’s needs
Create a marketing & PR action plan every 3 months
Test and evaluate the effectiveness of various communication channels and develop plans for new ones
Build a database of influencers, manage regular collaborations, and analyze results
Collaborate with our SMM manager to engage influencers across our social media
Develop strategies for partner relationships, segmentation, and execution
Analyze and respond to partnership inquiries
Identify the brand's potential and growth areas in the city
Position the brand across local media, partner events, and social media
Analyze competitors and the market
Develop, execute, and analyze event plans
Manage marketing and PR budgets
Communicate with the head office
